Sub: Update regarding Restructuring of IT Cadre

We are happy to inform you that; Restructuring of IT Cadre, on the basis of sanctioned strength, has been approved by Hon’ble MR, and orders to this effect will be issued tomorrow.

As all of you are aware that, earlier a decision was taken that, IT Cadre should be scrapped and present employees’ restructuring should be done on the basis of on role position.

AIRF has fought vigorously and persuaded the Board as well as MR and had succeeded, not only to achieve the Cadre Restructuring based on sanctioned strength, but also IT Cadre has also been saved.

Now, our next objective is to improve the career progression of IT Staff in the Gazetted Cadre.
