In reference to the CME/RCF’s letter at (ii) above, it is advised that the recommendations based on the negotiated settlement with members of Joint Action Committee/RCF, have been examined in Board’s office. It has been decided that:
1. Status quo to be maintained regarding incentive and leave reserve.
- Efforts should be made to keep the incentive levels similar to last year, while maintaining the outturn as per the allotted targets.
- Review by RITES to be conducted as early as possible. The equivalence factor of ICF & LHB coaches also should be reviewed during the study.
The issue of creation of posts shall be considered in Railway Board and the outcome will be conveyed in due course.
