Dear Comrades,
Sub: Payment of the Productivity Linked Bonus to the Railwaymen for the Financial Year 2022-23
Met with the Chairman and CEO and Member(Finance), Railway Board, and we have demanded for more number of days Productivity Linked Bonus on the basis of increased NTKM and also increase in the same according to the formula, but the Railway Board has expressed its inability and said that they have forwarded 78-day proposal because Finance is insisting for change in the PLB formula.
Hopefully, 78-day PLB will be announced shortly.
